I was never a believer in social media romance until I logged back into Facebook and saw Armand’s photo. His smile was the most beautiful I’d ever seen, and I had an instant, overwhelming feeling that I would marry him. After months of flying between Miami and Montreal, Armand proposed in his own unique way, telling me he wanted to “wear a ring for the rest of his life.”

We fell in love with Grove Isle in Coconut Grove and decided to hand-craft every detail of our wedding at Palmeras Beach Club ourselves. We even spent our “bachelor party” together the night before, arranging over a thousand flowers! From my father’s tear-jerking performance of our song to the hilarious moment my husband ended up in brown shoes for our final dance under the bright lights, it was a true fairytale. After a magical honeymoon in Santorini, we are now living our “happily ever after” in Miami.
