Welcome to Phairis Luxury. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.phairisluxury.com) and your purchase of products or booking of services from Phairis Luxury ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SECTION 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 Booking & Retainers

Client Cancellation: If you cancel your booking, the retainer is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within [e.g., 30 days] of the event, the full balance may still be due.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate the new date, the original cancellation policy applies.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., "Acts of God," severe weather, pandemics, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit, but refunds are not guaranteed.
2.3 Travel & Accommodations
Travel Fees: For locations outside our immediate service area (e.g., [City/Radius]), travel fees apply. This includes mileage, tolls, and parking fees, which will be billed to the client.
Destination Weddings: For destination services, the client is responsible for round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations (typically 2 nights), and a daily per diem for meals for all styling staff.
2.4 Service Exclusivity & Timing
Timing: The client must ensure that the location is ready and available at the start time. Delays caused by the client or wedding party may result in reduced service time or additional fees.
Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse service on any person with a contagious condition (e.g., conjunctivitis, cold sores) for the safety of our team and tools.
2.5 Photography & Model Release Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Phairis Luxury reserves the right to use photographs or video taken during the service (or professional photos provided by the client/photographer) for promotional purposes, including our website, portfolio, and social media.
SECTION 3: PRODUCT TERMS (Accessories & Jewelry)
3.1 Products & Descriptions We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All items are subject to availability.
3.2 Pricing Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.
3.3 Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [e.g., 3-5 business days].
Liability: Phairis Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
3.4 Returns & Refunds
Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories are generally considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.

4.2 Service Liability In the unlikely event that Phairis Luxury is unable to perform the agreed services due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, our liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. We shall not be liable for any consequential damages or additional costs incurred by the client to secure replacement services.
